How the partnership works

Once onboarded, your TC manages the full contract-to-close process on your behalf, communicating with all parties, tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance, and keeping every transaction moving. You stay in the loop, but the day-to-day coordination is handled for you.

  • Opening the transaction and coordinating all parties from contract to close
  • Tracking deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates
  • Collecting and organizing all required documents
  • Communicating with lenders, title, attorneys, and other vendors
  • Sending status updates and following up on outstanding items
  • Reviewing the file for compliance and completeness
  • Preparing the file for closing and confirming final details
  • Your client receives proactive weekly and milestone communications

  • Negotiating and executing the contract
  • Managing the client relationship throughout the process
  • Attending inspections, appraisals, and the closing table
